Outlook joins Google, iCloud, and Fastmail calendars on Daybridge

Since we launched with Google calendar sync, we’ve been steadily rolling out support for connecting other kinds of calendars. We followed up with iCloud and Fastmail, and now we’re pleased to announce support for Microsoft Outlook calendars (by popular request!)

You can create and edit Outlook events with the same read-write sync as other connected accounts, and see them alongside your events from Daybridge and elsewhere. This even includes Outlook calendars your colleagues have shared with you.

What’s next#

We’ll be adding better guidance and handling for organisations that need administrator approval from IT teams, along with contact and attendee suggestions, as well as other improvements driven by your feedback.

Further out, we’re planning integrations with more of the calendars, task managers, and other tools you use to organise your life.

Your privacy#

Your calendar is a record of your life, and we treat it that way. When you sign in with your Microsoft account, Daybridge never sees your password. We ask for access to your calendar, your basic profile, and your mailbox settings, so that we can sync your events and know your Outlook time zone. We never ask for access to your email.

You can revoke access from your Microsoft account at any time, which will remove your Outlook data from Daybridge.

Outlook support is available on web, the latest desktop app, and version 3.31.0 of the iOS and Android apps which are rolling out now.
